With the approval of Hainan SASAC, Hainan Jointown Kangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. changed its corporate name to "HainanTourism Pharmaceutical Group Co., LTD." on July 27, 2023.From now on, all external documents, materials, invoices,account numbers, tax numbers, etc. of the company will uset the new company name. After the company is renamed,the unified social credit code, bank account, businesssubject and legal relationship remain unchanged, the original contract and business relationship continue to be valid, and the original service commitment remains unchanged. The new business is signed under the new company name.
